With much regret and in light of the new guidelines of the Ministry of Health regarding the novel corona virus, we are compelled to cancel the annual Truman Conference on the theme of Peace and Economy.

Truman Conference: Peace and Economy
The Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace is honored to invite you to the annual Truman Conference on the topic of Peace and Economy.
The conference will take place on Monday, March 16, 2020 from 08:45 AM until 8:00 PM.
Location: The Handler Auditorium, Truman Institute, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Mount. Scopus.
Note:
Entry to campus is through the gates of the university. Entry requires a brief security check. We recommend bringing a valid form of identification as well as the digital or printed flier of the event.
Public transportation:
Jerusalem bus lines to Mount Scopus (Egged): 17, 19, 19A, 34, 34A, 42, 48A, 53 and 68.
Light rail: the light rail does not reach campus. The nearest stops are Givat HaMivtar and Ammunition Hill. From those stops, it is a 20-25 minute walk or a few stops by bus.
Private taxis may enter campus through the Bezalel Gate.
Public parking is available around the perimeter of the campus.
Individuals with a physical disability should coordinate their arrival to campus in advance with the Truman Institute at trumanevents@savion.huji.ac.il.
The number of seats in the venue is limited.
